Providing expert advice on Environmental Law, based on extensive experience
Having reached 65, Simon Berry has retired as a partner of Berry Simons, the firm he co-founded in 2012, and recommenced practice as a specialist Environmental Law barrister.
With over forty years' of experience in the field, Simon has advised on virtually every facet of Environmental Law and has led multi-disciplinary teams to successful outcomes on a wide range of major projects. He will continue to provide a full range of advisory and litigation services in this field.
As a barrister, Simon will generally need to be instructed through a firm of solicitors. If clients do not have a solicitor for that purpose, Simon can easily facilitate such arrangements.
